PC SYNC PROFESSIONAL software enables user to generate a BALL-SCREW STRAIGHTNESS profiling. This feature is useful to inspect mid-to-large sized CNC ball screw during set up and maintenance.

By placing DWL8500XY on top of the screw holder, ball screw can be indexed to a fixed distance of steps, recorded data is AUTOMATICALLY generated to form a 3D graph depicting the screw straightness.

Surface of a plate or granite table may be measured to generate flatness profile.

SOFTWARE & MOBILE APP
